What may be the causes for my dashcam not recording?
SD Card may be damaged – Please plug the SD card into a PC and try to format it (SD card: 32GB to FAT32 / Greater than 32GB to exFAT). If unable to format, replace SD card.
Camera may be damaged – Replug the camera connectors, if still unable to fix the problem please contact the service department.
