Full 12-Month Warranty

All Pernis products come with a full 12-month warranty. By registering your Pernis product on our website (pernis.net), you are entitled to an extra 6 months of warranty for FREE, giving you a total of 18 months of coverage.

Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.

Important Note: Unauthorized reselling of Pernis products is strictly prohibited. To ensure authenticity, please purchase only from the official Pernis stores listed below:

What Isn’t Covered by the Warranty?

Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
Improperly operated devices.
Lost or stolen products.
Purchases made over 12 months ago (unless otherwise stated).
Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
Free products or promotional items.

Note: The Pernis Dash Cam records and saves video of vehicle accidents. However, it does not guarantee to record all accidents. Accidents with light impacts that do not activate the impact detection sensor may not be recorded.

Does This Warranty Cover Any Other Liabilities?

Pernis assumes no liability for any car accident, injury, death, loss, or other claims related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Pernis be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.

Pernis does not warrant or represent that we have a special relationship with or fiduciary duty to you. You acknowledge that Pernis has no control over, and no duty to take any action regarding:
- Which users gain access to the services or products.
- What content is accessed via the services or products.
- What effects the content may have on you.
- How you may interpret or use the content.
- What actions you may take as a result of being exposed to the content.
You release Pernis from all liability for having acquired or not acquired content through the services and products. Pernis does not warrant or represent, nor shall we be liable or responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in or accessed through the services.
In connection with the use of the Service provided free of charge, Pernis assumes no liability for any loss or damage unless breaching the privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Pernis’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to this warranty statement exceed the price paid by you for the purchase of the product, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability, or any other cause of action or legal or equitable theory.
